How HDB Parking Fees Work
HDB offers two main parking options: season parking for regular parkers and hourly (coupon) parking for visitors and occasional users. The right choice depends on how often you park.
Season parking is a fixed monthly fee that gives you a guaranteed lot in your designated HDB car park. Rates differ by vehicle type — cars, motorcycles, and heavy vehicles each have different monthly charges. Residential and non-residential car parks also have different rate structures.
Hourly parking is charged per entry and is best for short visits. Rates are calculated based on duration, with the first hour at a lower rate and subsequent half-hours at a higher rate. A 9% GST applies on top of all published parking rates.
