The Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) provides up to $120,000 for eligible first-time applicants buying a new or resale HDB flat. The grant amount is tiered based on average monthly household income — households earning $1,500 or less receive the maximum $120,000, while those earning up to $9,000 receive progressively smaller amounts. Both applicants must have worked for at least 12 months.

The Proximity Housing Grant (PHG) provides up to $30,000 for families and $15,000 for singles who buy a resale flat to live near or with their parents or married children. You qualify if you live within 4 km of your parents/married children, or in the same flat. This grant is available for both first-time and second-time buyers.
